Joe Costanzo Radio Show


I will always be thankful to Joe Costanzo, former owner of Primadonna restaurant, for asking me, and then Chef Steve Malfatti for being on the food radio talk show he personally funded. Steve and I got to talk alot about the our restaurant, and Joe got in a few plugs about Primadonna. That's OK, it's his show. He did interview some of the most noted and influential restaurateurs in Pittsburgh.
